The production process of power transistors is an exact science that requires an in-depth understanding of the applied materials and of how to optimize the involved production steps such as epitaxy and etching. TranSiC’s team of engineers has in many ways been able to master these processes and as a result been able to produce industry leading high performance power transistors. TranSiC has access to state-of-the art clean room facilities with a four inch process line.
